Mountain View Farm is set in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in western North Carolina, near the town of Union Grove. David and Laura Detweiler raise Wagyu beef cattle on beautiful green pastures. They feed the cattle locally raised non GMO feed with no growth hormone.

Wagyu beef originated in Japan. Wagyu is well known for the marbling, which adds flavor and makes the meat more tender. It has a buttery rich taste that many people prefer to Angus.
